Welcome to "The Glute Pursuit" - a gym plan designed to sculpt and grow your glutes. The aim is to have people questioning whether it's a skinny BBL.

Program Overview (Advanced /intermediate):

  • Frequency: 5 days a week
  • Focus: 3 glute sessions per week, complemented by 2 upper body sessions 
  • Target Audience: Medium to advanced experienced gym-goers

Program Overview (Beginner):

  • Frequency: 4 days a week
  • Focus: 2 glute sessions per week, complemented by 2 upper body sessions 
  • Target Audience: Beginners who want to grow glutes

What to Expect:

  • High Volume: Just be mentally ready to push your glutes to the limit 
  • Focused Sessions: With three dedicated glute sessions each week, you'll hit every angle and muscle fibre to ensure a well-rounded and sculpted posterior.
  • Upper Body Balance: While focusing on the glutes, we haven't forgotten about the rest of your body. Two upper body sessions per week will maintain balance and ensure overall strength and symmetry.
  • A Challenge. No more words are needed. You’ll feel it 
  • Advice on diet and supplementation: A guide to help you eat to grow

Remember, You can’t cheat the grind. No results for work you didn’t put in.  Unless you’ve got $4000-$7000 for a BBL and you want to be unhealthy and unfit but the ball is in your court 🤷🏾‍♂️
