- Target Audience: Beginners who want to grow glutes
What to Expect:
- High Volume: Just be mentally ready to push your glutes to the limitĀ
- Focused Sessions: With three dedicated glute sessions each week, you'll hit every angle and muscle fibre to ensure a well-rounded and sculpted posterior.
- Upper Body Balance: While focusing on the glutes, we haven't forgotten about the rest of your body. Two upper body sessions per week will maintain balance and ensure overall strength and symmetry.
